SOMEDAYS

Most of the times,
most of the days,
I mix I mingle,
I talk I discuss,
I am articulate,
I am very social,
I am at ease with self,
I am one with everyone,
at peace with the world;
Sometimes somedays,
I feel I have
grown in height,
grown in stature,
I feel like a giant,
towering above
fellow beings,
I feel superior,
I feel I am good,
better than other beings;
Sometimes somedays,
I feel I have
shrunk in size,
shrunk in stature,
I feel like a midget,
I feel diminutive,
I feel meek,
I feel inferior,
I feel like being
looked down
by other beings;
Sometimes somedays,
I feel ecstatic,
I am full of energy,
full of vigour,
full of zest,
I feel I am on
top of the world,
I feel I can
climb mountains,
I feel I can dive
to touch the depths;
Sometimes somedays
I feel very weak,
lethargic lazy,
devoid of energy,
reluctantly I
climb out of bed,
drag myself to dive
into my routine work,
I don’t feel fit to
face the world;
Sometimes somedays,
for mood swings,
heart is at play or
is it mind game,
is it external stimulations,
that affects internally, or
is it a tussle for supremacy
between mind that matters,
or heart that minds;
Most of the times,
most of the days,
I feel karma
has its way, or
is it celestial planets
divine intervention, or
is it almighty’s way
of subtly showing,
he holds the aces,
our life is at his
mercy and grace.
