SIXTY FOUR

MY BIRTHDAY POEM

I am sixty four,

people say, I

look seventy four,

my inquisity, is

of twenty four,

my intuity, is

of thirty four,

my ability is

of forty four,

my stability is

of fifty four; 

I am sixty four,

I wish to be agile as four,

furtive as fourteen,

flirty as twenty four,

thirsty as thirty four,

feisty as forty four,

gritty as fifty four; 

Alas I am sixty four,

how much I wish,

I can’t go in yore,

in tandem, i

can still achieve

much more,

physically as sixty four,

mentally as twenty four.
