DAY AND NIGHT

Days are so bright,

full of light, giving

view of far & wide,

showing clearly,

the path to stride;

Nights are so dark,

scary dreary bleak

with no spark,

hiding clear view,

shrouding in dark,

the right path;

Days are so bright,

we see our aim in sight,

displaying what

is up for grabs,

we forgo our aim,

happily we grab,

anything on offer,

as harsh light

shadows caution;

Nights are so dark,

gingerly we tread path,

cautious of every step,

wary of unknown trap,

as darkness feeds fear,

we take utmost care,

It teaches us in life,

to tread cautious path;

Days are so bright,

full of possibilities,

exploring opportunities,

shouldering responsibilities,

frolicking enjoying,

foliage, streams,

trails, animals

mountain sea & sun,

we forego caution,

take life lightly,

live it up as fun;

Nights are dark, with

twinkling shining stars,

shimmering love lights,

romantic moody moon,

adds fresh zest to life;

Days & Nights

are two shades of life,

days are bright,

full of energy of life,

shows us ways

to aim higher for stars,

nights are dark,

cool in thought,

teaches us caution,

in reaching for the stars;
