We are part of the Universe and our body is constituted of the elements of the Universe. We have many characteristic similar with our Universe & Earth. Like Earth we are 2/3rd of water & 1/3rd of mass. Similarly Universe is also mostly empty space interspersed by Celestial objects.
Our family system is like a Galaxy in the Universe where we are centered on a Patriarchal family head, SUN, who is the Power/ Provider around which the family gravitates & a soothing Matriarchal Sustainer/Pacifier, MOON, who manages the emotional bonds. All connected planets of the galaxy are the siblings or relatives. Stars & asteroids are like other inhabitants of our Planet. Sky is the Celestial Abstract Sphere which in easy terms can be described as the Ocean of the Universe.
Major part of the Universe is Ether, meaning space, stillness, that which contains & holds. Ether is the element that connects us to spirit, intuition, other realms & planes. This intangible space is the connecting link between Universe & Us.
All the realms operate optimally because the binding force is able to maintain balance between the Intangible & Tangible elements thru their Magnetic field, Gravitational field & Spiritual field. Our existence depends on maintaining the balance & equation between the Intangible & the Tangible qualities with which we were born with. Any imbalance leads to disaster.
For harmonious existence of the Universe it is of utmost importance that we at least maintain the balance between the Intangible & the Tangible with which we are born with. Our aim should be in increasing the Intangible i.e. Spiritual rather than Tangible i.e. Material.
Likewise Earth constitutes 2/3rd water & 1/3rd of land. Ecological balance is paramount for Earth to sustain life & benefit its inhabitants. A self-sustaining ecological system is created by the Creator which if left on its own can take care of itself with utmost efficiency. Ecological imbalance will bring floods, famine, quakes, tsunami & many such natural disasters. This will make life difficult & Earth will move to self-destructive mode.
Similarly Human body consists of nearly 70% water. We at Birth are 2/3rd of Intangible i.e. Soul/Spirit/Atman & Karma & 1/3rd of Tangible i.e. Body. Intangible is classified as Spiritual or Invisible & Tangible as material. As we start growing we get entrapped by the glitter of materialist world around us & forget about our Spiritual part because it is not visible to us.Our life gets into turmoil when we move away from our spiritual self. We uplift our life when we are able to increase the Intangible i.e. Spiritual and degenerate if we pursue the Tangible to get materialistic gains. When the spiritual cord which connects us to the righteous path gets weakened then we move to unethical way of life.
This is a very simple way of explaining how our pursuit of materialistic pleasure by unethical means harms the world around us.
This is the real Essence of our Life.

The path to a perfect product is always littered with failed prototypes & innumerable variants leading to the final product.
There is a purpose & reason behind every creation. No creation is a fluke, whimsical or is just for fun. Every creation has been to satisfy specific need & fulfil a purpose. When we start using the new creation then only we come to know about its shortcomings & its utility. This paves way for many improved variants & new advanced products. We have improved from basic crude tools to very sophisticated super computers & machines. Step by step we are creating/inventing better products to upgrade & improve quality of our life.

There are 5 basic life forms i.e. Piscean, Amphibians, Reptiles, Mammals & Birds. They are further divided into many variants within those particular life forms. That is why we find nature of people as fishy, slippery, venomous, creepy, flirty, ferocious, shifty, aggressive, docile, faithful, etc.
It was not Evolution or any other kind of theory. Evolution theory is based on the idea of all species being related keeping the original as it is but changing gradually spawning new species over a period of time. Creature of a particular DNA will conceive creature of similar DNA & not of any other DNA. There can be lateral variants of similar DNA due to survival instincts or other factors but there can’t be creation of a totally different species.
All manmade gadgets are inanimate objects. It cannot do things on its own but can do only that which we humans have programmed them to do with external power source. Inanimate objects don’t easily disintegrate & merge with nature. Manmade creations are all for benefitting self, improving standard of life, reducing burden of work with least concern for its adverse effects on our ecology & environment.
God has a specific purpose & reason for all the creatures on Earth. Nothing is useless or waste. We all are interdependent on each other for survival. All creations are self-regulating, self-sustaining & self-destructing. We all are created from the elements & we all disintegrate & merge with the elements. Purpose of our living life is to contribute in maintaining Earth’s ecological balance & also on death.

I am a Human Being but other than that I don’t know what am I. I am very sure that most of us are also not aware but would like to know about the real purpose & meaning of our Birth & existence. We can say that we don’t have control over anything relating to our life but there are certain governing factors which determine the quality of life or the life form which we will have.
Every individual creature in this world is born with a specific coded programme under general software (DNA) for that particular species as per the qualifying FACTOR known as KARMAS. The only thing we know for sure is that death is inevitable & there is a time frame to a body form.
We don’t know who or what decided our birth.
Who decides where we will be born.
What life form we will be born into.
What quality of life we will live.
What sufferings or ailments we will have.
How long we will live in this body form.
Why do we go thru various events in our life?
Do these events have any link with to our life?
Are these events fluke or random which have no basis or roots.
What do we call the experience which we gain in this Span between birth & death?
What are the factors governing our life.
Do we have any control over circumstances & situations in our life?.
Can we change the course of our life?
What is the purpose of our existence?
Why life is not same for all.

Life is the functional period of time spent between Birth & Death. Many factors regarding our life need introspection & require plausible answers. We wonder when we have same faculties & bodily functions then why every individual is distinctly different from one another. We survive on the same natural resources provided by God but still every individual is affected differently.

What is the guiding force that compels us to react differently to the same situation?
Is it the surroundings we are brought up in?
Is it family background & upbringing that shapes our thoughts?
Is it achievements & standing in society that determines our behaviour?
Is it our Ego that prompts us to behave in a particular situation?
Are these the factors or there is a totally different aspect to Life.
There are many more such unanswered mysteries which need simple to understand answers. Religious texts, preaching & discourses give some insight into the purpose of our life but not in simple layman’s terms. This is an attempt to unravel these intriguing queries in unscientific & unreligious language.
To explain in simple computer jargon it can be said that every individual creature in this world is born with a specific coded programme under general software (DNA) for that particular species.
This means God, our Creator, has set in a highly sophisticated system under which a prominent FACTOR determines our quality of life, our life form & duration of our life. That Factor is our KARMA/DEEDS. We create Karmas so we are the cause of our Life.
Old wine in new bottle will be the refrain. Many will not be very enthused by the subject. I assure you of giving you a totally different logical perspective of our existence as well as the role of Soul, Karmas & life form.

I can only say that I am a body which after birth is identified by a Name, Family, Caste, Community, Country & Religion. All this identifiable tabs are received after birth but we are not aware what constitutes our creation. It is preached that before we get all the manmade identities at birth we are born with God given Soul which powers our body & Karmas which governs quality of our life.
As we grow we get enamoured by the material world around us & forget about our spiritual obligations. This results in reversing our life’s ideal ratio. Materialistic pursuits get a bigger share of our attention leaving no space for spiritual growth.
In today’s world there is no concerted attempt to effectively explain & seriously imbibe in us the benefits, reasons & purpose of righteous way of life. From birth we are coached to be capable of earning by any means to survive in this materialistic world but nobody teaches us about the real intrinsic worth of our existence.
Soul gives life to a body. Soul is not aware & affected by the form to which it gives life. That is the reason that the lowliest or the creepiest or the ugliest or the most disgusting or any living being has the inherent quality to defend his life. Nobody willingly wants to die. Their first reaction is to protect themselves from the attacker & take offensive action to save their life. If soul was aware of quality of its form it would on its own try to finish its existence in that life form at its earliest instead of trying to save & defend its life.
All religions in the world preach the same righteous path of Universal brotherhood & Piety defined by God, our Creator. Our main purpose in every birth should be in trying to lessen the burden of our bad karmas. The best & easiest way is never to leave the righteous way of life despite facing many difficulties & hardship which we encounter in present life because of our accumulated bad karmas.
Soul & Karmas come with us at birth & will go with us when we die. Soul & Karmas are eternal till the time it is on Earth because its life span is not limited to the life span of the body it occupies. Some believe that Soul & Karmas are part of our body & they perish when we die. We have also read in religious texts about eternal Soul & effects of Karmas.
Karmas are the governing factor that determines quality of our Life & the Life form we will be born in. Soul carries the bundle of accumulated Karmas. Soul is the God part which gives power to all the faculties of our body as per dictates of our accumulated karmas. We are preached that Soul powers our existence & Karmas determine quality of our life. That is the reason we find so many with mental & physical deformities since birth. We also find youngsters struggling with reducing capabilities of faculties & suffering many ailments.

AURA OF VIBRATION
Every matter on Earth has a Rhythm or Vibrational Energy or a Heartbeat which radiates an Electromagnetic frequency. This frequency creates an Energy field called as Aura around a Human body or any animal or object. The Aura which radiates from our body can be Positive or Negative depending on the Vibrational energy emanating from our body.

Many a times we can sense that a person around us is angry or happy or troubled or excited even without saying a word. Likewise we may feel extreme dislike or distrust or hatred or fear from a total stranger. There are occasions when we feel a sense of love or empathy or attachment towards a person we have never met before. These feelings are because we are able to sense the vibrational aura around that person. Positive Aura attracts & Negative Aura repels.
Our Vibrational frequency is divided in two parts i.e. Contracted & Expanded. Expanded frequency is Positive virtues starting from Courage to the highest level of Enlightenment. When our mind is Positive & our body is functioning optimally then all our organs vibrate at best & higher frequency. This helps our body’s immune system to protect us as well as lead us to a path of spiritual upliftment.

Contracted frequency is Negative attributes starting from the lowest level of Shame & rises up to Pride. Whereas when we are controlled by Negativity our bodily functions work erratically thus resulting in fluctuations in our vibration.
To be healthy we should vibrate at par with Earth or higher. For humans with a higher vibration, infection is a minor irritant that is soon eliminated. So we should aim to *Vibrate Higher* to get following benefits:
2. We are more clearly minded & self-secure in our choices & actions.
3. Our mind & emotions interact more harmoniously to situations.
4. We deflect & handle common stress triggers – frustrations, impatience, intolerance, etc.,
5. We are much more resilient & resistant to fears & self-doubt.
6. Our heart’s deeper care is not overridden by our disruptive mind & emotions.
7. The lift in our attitude wards off anxiety, excessive worries & overwhelm.
8. We tend to lift others & the environment when our vibration is up.
9. Mega stress accumulation is prevented as we are less judgemental & intolerant with others & ourselves.
10. Lifting our vibration amplifies our intuitive heart feelings for better choices & outcomes.
What helps us vibrate high?
1. Higher vibration is also the outcome of Positive behaviour & Attitude like: Gratitude, Love, Joy, Peace, Acceptance, Compassion, Understanding, Highly Intuitive, Present in the moment, Patient, Forgiving, Smiling, Blessing, Thanking, etc.
2. Places & Activities which give us Peace & Joy helps in raising our vibrations. Playing, Painting, Singing, Dancing, Yoga, Meditating, Walking in the Sun, Exercising, Enjoying nature, etc.
3. Healthy & Natural Foods that the Earth gives us: seeds, grains, cereals, legumes, fruits and vegetables, Drinking water, pure air & all that the nature provides us help us to vibrate higher.
Enlightenment has the highest frequency of 700+ and the greatest expansion of energy.
The frequency of Unconditional Love and Universal Compassion for all living beings is 528 Hz and more.
Generosity, Gratitude, Neutrality, Acceptance, Reason & other positive attitudes has a range above 200 Hz.
The vibration of prayer alone goes above 350 Hz.
A Ringing Temple bell has a vibration of 400 Hz & above.
So sing, laugh, love, meditate, play, give thanks, live & vibrate.
The vibrational frequency of joy is 540 & is expansive.

The important parts of the human body’s vibration frequency are generally located in about 3Hz-17Hz. The vertical vibration of the human body’s sensitive range is located in 6Hz – 8Hz. It has been shown that a normal healthy body has a frequency of 62 to 72 MHz because the human body has vibrational frequency down to the cellular level.
Our atmosphere is continuously resonating with a radio frequency of 7.83 Hz, along with progressively weaker harmonics at around 14.3, 20.8, 27.3 & 33.8 Hz. at place where cosmic disturbances like lightning & magnetic disturbances are prevalent. This is similar to our body, which is continuously pressurised by external factors. These external factors adversely affects our functioning thus creating varied fluctuations in the normal rhythm/ vibrations of our organs.
The reasons for having low vibration are Negative virtues: Anxiety, Despair, Sadness, Guilt, Shame, Fear, Phobia, Worry, Suspicion, Stress, Complaining, Tension, Jealousy, Anger, Rage, Hate, Greed, Attachment or Pain.
The effects of Negative thoughts are:
1. Our Body releases acid.
2. Our Aura decreases.
3. Our resistance power decreases.
4. Our system functions are adversely affected.
5. Our heart beat increases.
6. Unwanted hormones are released.
The vibrational frequency of anger is 150 & falls to contraction.
The Covid virus has a vibration of 5.5hz and dies above 25.5hz. The virus becomes dangerous for humans with low vibration.
With Negative thoughts we may or may not harm others but we will definitely harm our self. Negative persons reflecting low Vibration live a troubled stressful life. Outwardly they may seem good but mentally they remain unsatisfied & restless.
We don’t have to spend anything to enjoy benefits of Positive Aura of high Vibrational frequency. Low Vibrational frequency points to a person suffering & just getting by in life. As frequency increases there is a positive smooth controlled flow of thoughts leading to a peaceful state of mind & life.

IS THERE TOMORROW

Tomorrow is an illusion. Future is a Mirage. Is there tomorrow? There is an old saying that “Kal kisne dekha hai” Has anyone seen tomorrow?. Nobody has seen tomorrow because tomorrow doesn’t exist. Present is Life. This is the reality that we should accept. There is only present. Living in the present leads us to progress & present lived creates our past. Life is a continuous flow of moments. What we have experienced becomes our past & what we are experiencing is the present.
Day Night date calendar are only indicators for calculation & tabulation. They help us to optimally channelize & regulate our resources. They are markers for us to recuperate & rejuvenate so that our energies are optimised. They help in keeping our body in working condition, give us peace & help optimize our capabilities.
Actually we are always in the present & should always live life in the present. Present is a Gift or a Present to us from God, our Creator. Even when we sleep we are theoretically in a comatose state or transient phase of present. When we wake up we wake up in the present & not in tomorrow. All our waking & working hours are lived in the present, which is a conscious state, where we are aware of our surroundings & faculties.
Future is a mirage. In pursuit of this mirage we stop living & enjoying what present offers us. We miss pleasures of living in the present for a life planning for uncertain future. When we are not sure of next moment or next breath or tomorrow then how can we be sure that what we have planned for future will turn out as we had planned. I am sure that there is nobody in this world whose life has played out exactly as they had planned.
When our actions are influenced by thought of future benefits then we are sure to get tempted by greed, distracted by doubts, plagued by uncertainties & apprehensions. Our actions will be guided by prospects of future benefits then what is ethically required in the present. Positivity is the benefit of living in the present & negativity plagues us in pursuit of future or mirage.
U TURN THEORY OF LIFE By Bharat P. Bedi
Our life starts shakily trying to firm up our faculties & ends shakily trying to steady the weakening faculties. Life starts & ends on the same note of shaky faculties. In between there is a period of moulding & firming up of faculties.
Our life is symbolic of reverse ‘U’ or like a U turn. If we introspect from our conception or our birth we will be able to understand the simple basics of Life. We start from Growing to Stabilising to Reaping to Degenerating. Our journey of life has broadly 4 phases which will explain the U turn theory.
When life becomes brittle & jaded it is better to bring it down gracefully before it crumbles from the pedestal built with great effort. The pot we had moulded so lovingly has to be disposed of when time comes. We have to willingly step down from the podium which we had built for ourselves so that the trauma of our declining faculties & importance is cushioned by accepting our condition.
