Be Healthy and Enjoy Life.

Health is considered the most precious & valuable to human beings. Being able to walk without pain, eat & enjoy food without worry, be able to have sound sleep & don’t have to depend on medicines to lead a normal life is the real WEALTH a person should crave for. Body is the shrine in which we live our whole life. We should take good care of our body by following healthy Diet, Mental peace & Spiritual balance.

We should always remember that our vital organs are NOT available in the market. So we should take good care and keep our body parts healthy by adopting simple dietary habits as advocated by our wise elders.

1. The STOMACH is upset when we don’t have breakfast in the morning.

2. The KIDNEYS are affected when we do not drink even 10 glasses of water in 24 hours.

3. GALLBLADDR is disturbed when we sleep late at night & get up late. Ideal should be to sleep by 11 pm and wake up at sunrise.

4.  The SMALL INTESTINE is injured when we eat cold and stale food.

5.  The LARGE INTESTINES are injured when we eat more fried and spicy food.

6.  The LUNGS get infected when we breathe in smoke, stay in polluted environment & smoke cigarettes.

7. The LIVER malfunctions when we eat heavy fried food, junk, and fast food.

8. The HEART is pressurised when we eat our meal with more salt and cholesterol.

9. The PANCREAS is distressed when we eat sweet things because they are tasty and freely available.

10. The Eyes are injured when we work in unhealthy light of mobile phone and computer screen in dark surrounding.

11. The Brain is impaired because of over thinking & having negative thoughts.

12. The SOUL gets injured when we don't have family and friends to care and share with us love, affection, happiness, sorrow and joy.

It is believed that other than dietary habits there are many Emotional, Lifestyle & Stress related factors which create health problems. Adopting some simple habits can go a long way in helping us live a healthy life.

1. *Acidity* is not only caused by diet errors but more dominated because of *stress*.

2. *Hypertension* is not only caused by too much consumption of salty foods but mainly because of errors in *managing emotions*.

3. *Cholesterol* is not only caused by fatty foods but more responsible is *excessive laziness* or sedentary lifestyle.

4. *Asthma*is not only because of the disruption of oxygen supply to lungs but often *sad feelings* make lungs unstable.

5. *Diabetes* is not only because of too much consumption of glucose but selfish & *stubborn attitude* disrupts the function of the pancreas.

6. *Kidney stones’ is not only Calcium Oxalate deposits but pent up *emotions and hatred*.

7. *Spondylitis* is not only L4L5 or cervical disorder but overburdened or *too much worries* about future.

Aim of being healthy can be easily achieved by regular exercise, keeping our mind occupied in constructive activities, Meditation, being socially active, enjoying life by mixing with friends & relatives. These activities will help us to strengthen our soul, mind and body. We try to keep our house clean, surrounding beautified, wear good clothes, apply fragrant perfumes & other fashionable accessories to make us look presentable but we don’t apply the same prudence when it comes to taking care of functioning of our body.

Our Elders always gave great spiritual aura to the kitchen. They felt the mood, in which the process of preparation of food, determines its benefits to our body. We should also consume food in a happy & good atmosphere. This they said helped us getting the right nutrient values from the food. Ingredients for preparation of food, Aura & Mood helps in food giving medicinal & spiritual benefits to the one who consumes it.

If we want to be healthy then first we should:

1) Fix our Mind

2) Do regular Exercises

2) Move around socially with family, friends & relatives.

3) Do Meditation

4) Laugh and make others laugh too.

5) Make Friends.

  1. Very nicely written abt organs work and 22 medicines . We know all the medications but really we r lazy to follow all these and when any serious problem arise we wake up . Yr language is very simple and flowing . It itself is a medicine I feel . 🙏
